Her real estate career began in Marin County in 1970 and her experience includes owning and running a Mendocino B&B and a residential property management firm.

 

Sue began her real estate career in 1970 in Marin County, and within just three years was honored with the Annual Sales Associate Award by the Marin County Board of Realtors — recognition for establishing an intern program at a local community college to introduce students to real estate as a career path.

 

After years of dedicated work in real estate sales, Sue expanded her focus to property management in 2006, drawing on her deep market knowledge to serve homeowners across Santa Rosa, West County, and the Oakmont area. In January 2012, she opened her own brokerage, growing it into a trusted local firm managing a substantial portfolio of rental homes.
